I was used SmartMovie Player and Divx Player to play ‘file avi’ or in other word, video clip or movie file. Actually, what I want to say, Divx Player is the same software with Smart Movie Player. You will get what you want after you install that software at your mobile.

‘Double trouble’ with Pc Suite.

• You must connect you phone (cable) to computer. (Computer will recognize that device and will notice “Found New Hardware”).
• After that, insert cd pc suite to computer. Computer will automatically find that device when you insert that cd.

Normally, first time when you install that pc suite mobile at your computer, you will connect your phone to computer (that program is working).

If that pc suite program is not working well (mobile can’t connect to computer), try uninstalling by click at (Menu Start and find that pc suite program)

Any mobiles/phones have theirs pc suite program (supplied with cd package by seller) to connect that devices to computer.

You can also remove that software at “Add/Remove Programs” in the Control Panel

After that, you can install that software again by cd pc suite mobile. But, if you still face that problem again (that mobile can’t connect to computer), try to remove that software by manually and make sure you remove that software first by following the step above.

*(This manual is the final step to remove) that software” after you uninstall that pc suite by follow the step above”.

How much (mp3) do you have in memory card?

.. I was used Blaze Media Convert Software (computer’s software) at my computer to compress the big size of mp3. (Such as 5 mb to 1mb).

1. Normally, when I compress that size, the quality of mp3 will decrease. This software is useful, when you have small size of memory card and want a lot of mp3 in memory card.

2.Make sure you have made a copy that mp3 (keep original song) as well as to keep their quality. (at computer)

3.Speaker of handset/mobile only one. So, you must set that software to (Mono).

4.Beware! When you compress your mp3, you can’t decompress that song to get back original size. Whatever skill you use, you can’t get that quality mp3 again.

5.I recommend to you to keeping the size of original’s mp3 in your memory card.
(If you have big size of memory card such as 1GB)

Understanding Fileman Software

•This Software is same with application at computer. It is ‘right click’ at mouse at any folder document or file you want.

•This software also is similar with System Explorer at computer application.

•It is advantage to you to use this software if you always open your computer.

•Whatever application in Fileman Software, it is same as application in computer(right click at mouse), you can create new folder, copy and paste file, arrange file by size or name and rename or delete file.

•Drive C: It is flash or memory mobile. This drive is seem drive C: (windows) in computer. The figure at drive C: (3.09M/4M) is shown the balance in memory mobile.

•Drive E: It is memory card. This drive is seem drive backup when you make partition at hard disk (drive d :). The figure at drive E:( 61.97M/122.23M) is shown the balance in memory card and it’s depend the size of memory card.

•Mail: It is the file system of message as well as all the transfer data by Bluetooth is save in this place.

Don’t set password at memory card

1.In fileman Software, find ‘mmcstore’ file, this file is located at C drive (hidden file), as well as only fileman software can read that file.(Step 1)

2.When you find that file, copy that file to E drive (make new folder such as ‘Password’) (Step 2)

3.Change that file ‘mmcstore’ to mmcstore.txt’. Open it, you can found your password after 3 alphabet (&Qy)

Ultra Mp3 not appear at Menu

1.When this software not appears at your menu, first you can repair it by backup your memory card at Extra folder in Memory Application. After that, restart you your phone.

2.Second, you can open this program at Fileman software. Go to drive E and find the Ultramp3.app file in the folder Utramp3 as shown in the picture.

Virus and Antivirus

1.Today, virus liked Commwarrior-A/B/C very popular and always infected to handset. Normally, when your handset was infected by this virus, the picture at logo screen always shown logo commwarrior( liked spider’s net). Another symptom of this virus, your message always shown to send somebody but you doesn’t send that message, and when you want to open application message in handset, the handset will restart.

2. This virus can infect by handset to handset (Bluetooth) or messages as well as you don’t close your Bluetooth after make the transfer data from another handset. Another case, when you put another memory card (borrow from your friend) in your handset.

3. Normally, file virus will be at 3 places in handset. 1st places at folder Lib in memory handset(C: Drive). 2nd place in memory card and 3rd places at folder mail when you (using MS Drive software).

4. You must to clean your memory handset and memory card too. First, for memory handset (c: drive) you use software Remover Tool.

This software is useful to avoid from format process. But, if you don’t have this software, you don’t have any alternative; just format your handset with key in the format code number.
Second, in memory card, you just scan your memory card by using antivirus computer (latest version or always update) such liked Norton, Karspersky, and Avast. You can download free antivirus at their homepage. Other places, in folder mail in the memory card. You can delete manual this folder mail by using fileman software.

5. I recommend to you use antivirus Karspersky because this antivirus can scan any file/data when you receive any file/data in message application as well as Bluetooth.

Format in Memory Card (MMC/ Mobile Memory card)

1.When you buy the new memory card (empty), make sure it’s must be formatted by using application Memory in the handset. It’s done, to ensure the folder system already reinstall in memory card. Folder system can be shown in the computer (when you put memory card to card reader) and also in Fileman or System Explorer Software in handset.

2.Normally, folder system in the memory card is (hidden file system). Make sure your computer has been set (shown hidden file in Folder Option).

3.By computer, you just put memory card in the card reader, right click, and format, make sure only file system type FAT to be used. This activity can also useful when memory is corrupted or any file can’t be removed from memory card.

4. Normally, file/data can’t be remove in memory card is file **.mp3 and **.avi. It was happen because the data don’t enough capacity when download by computer as well as internet or Bluetooth with other handset. (** .mp3. Size 0kb)

5. If that happen, make sure all the file/data in memory card has been backup or just to copy to other place in the computer. If one of all the file/data can’t be copy to computer, just copy one by one of that file/data. It’s done, to avoid not related file will be lost when format process. After that, make format process as shown picture above. This format process can also useful for memory card corrupted.

Format (only memory handset)

Format (just only memory handset)

1. Repair the application or software it just begin to key in the number code of format *#7370# in the screen handset.

*This number code is not working, if you have fonts software liked comic sans’ fonts; make sure you uninstall that fonts with Font Remover software.

2. After that, handset will ask confirmation to format and you must key in the number Lock Code 12345(default) or your own number (which you have already key in the number as setting lock code number)

3. Handset will restart again in 3-5 minute. After 5 minute, activity format will finish and handset will restore originally.

4. Lock code can’t be incorrect in 5 times and will be effect to your simcard as well as will block in 5 minute. If that happens, quickly to turn off your handset and remove your battery and simcard in 10 minute. Your simcard will be fine again after that activity.

5. This lock code number can be test when you buy the new handset. This step is very important to caution because retailer usually already key in the lock code number. So, you must ask that lock code number. If your application or software in your handset unstable, you will be face big problem when you key in the format code number.

6 This format code number will be lost your all data in the memory handset (C: drive/flash). (Such as the message (in box), picture and the number phone will be delete)

7 Make sure all the application in the handset can be working after format. Normally, application for message is can’t be working well because the center message number will be lost too in the format activity. You just to key in the center message number by following your telephone line.

8 The format activity can’t give effect to file or data in memory card. Normally, software (ultra Mp3 and Smart Movie can’t working well, and it’s must be to reinstall again.)
